Arron Rigden is a country artist from Abbotsford BC who now calls Saskatchewan home and is the president of the Saskatchewan Country Music Association.
Arron’s modern country sound is sprinkled with classic country and good ol’ rock n’ roll. His influences range from Willy Nelson and George Strait to Dierks Bentley and Dustin Lynch and has an affection for down home country music and party anthems. Arron’s lyrical creativity and depth is the backbone of his music, where he says, “Having quality lyrics is very important to me and I have always looked at music through a lyrical lens”.
Arron has shared the stage with artists like Chad Brownlee, Jess Moskaluke and Bobby Wills and has written with some of Saskatchewan’s top country artists like Brock Andrews, Alex Runions and Scott Patrick from the band Wyatt. His songs have been featured on Saskatchewan Country Stars CD volume 1 and volume 2.
Before moving to Saskatoon Arron was in a pop rock band where his most requested cover was “Hit Me Baby One More Time” by Britney Spears… Yes you read that right!
